Mohammad Rashed Alam Bhuiyan is a PhD student of Centre for Trust Peace and Social Relations, Coventry University, UK. He will be studying 'The role of Intermediaries in understanding the relations of Migration (In) equality and development' under CTPSR-(GCRF) under South-South Migration, Inequality and Development Hub. Before enrollment as a PhD student at CTPSR he was as a faculty of the Department of Political Science at the University of Dhaka. Recently he did an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Exeter with Commonwealth Shared Scholarship. His expertise lies in studying various forms of Internal and International Migration, Adaptation to Climate Change, Sustainable and Inclusive Urban Development, Migrants' rights and Well-being. Previously, he served Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit- RMMRU as a Research Associate. He has worked across several research projects in collaboration with University of Exeter, University of Sussex, University of Southampton and other research units, primarily focused on International Labour Migration, Internal Migration (Climate Induced Migration & Displacement), Adaptation to Climate Change, Sustainable Cities and Inclusive Urban Development.
