MIDEQ’s team of researchers analyse the relationships between migration, inequality and development in the context of the Global South.
The work of the team is led by the Director Heaven Crawley and Co-Directors Louis Herns Marcelin, Alison Phipps, Joseph Teye and Katharine Jones. The project is overseen by an Advisory Board which assists the project leadership in mitigating risks, making strategic decisions and maximizing the project’s impact.
Each migration corridor and theme is led by Co-Investigator/s who are responsible for research delivery and design, stakeholder engagement, impact activities and pathways.
Our project partners are at the forefront of regional and global discussions that aim to mainstream migration into development policies, supporting MIDEQ’s efforts to better understand the links between migration and inequality in the Global South and amplifying the project’s findings.
