Tulasha is a Researcher at the Nepal Institute for Social and Environmental Research (NISER).
She graduated with a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Purbanchal University and previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Tribhuvan University, both in Nepal.
She has strong knowledge in designing, conducting and analysis of qualitative research. She works on issues around gender norms, adolescence, and labour migration and its implication. Her area of interest lies mainly on adolescent girls and young women and their vulnerabilities to trafficking. In this MIDEQ project, she is working on WP4: Perception, Knowledge and Decision-making under Nepal-Malaysia Corridor
